Having relocated with her family to Newburyport from Seattle in 2005, Kate has truly enjoyed the beauty of the North Shore for many years and all that it has to offer. Kate quickly fell in love with the area, and that passion for where she lives has inspired her to help others make it their home.

Raising three children in Newburyport, she has a strong knowledge of the area, extensive resources, and a passion for it’s beauty, history, culture and it’s many opportunities.

Kate enjoys building strong relationships with clients, recognizing the importance of this emotional investment during such an important time in her clients’ lives. Kate’s background includes many years of corporate retail marketing and graphic production and design with companies in the Midwest and Seattle, in addition to time spent volunteering in the Newburyport school district. Outside of work Kate enjoys spending time with her children, her black lab Izzy, and loves the beach and the mountains.
