Rachael Brennan is Willis and Smith’s newest agent, bringing an abundance of diversity and skill to the Group. After being a long term resident in the Berkshires, Rachael had her sights set on soaring to the top of the ladder in a field that fuels her passion – real estate! The choice to relocate to the North Shore was to allow herself to pursue both real estate, and graduate with a degree in communications and marketing. With this knowledge, she hit the ground running in real estate, and can offer her clients an advantage that most agents cannot. Rachael’s in depth knowledge of marketing is an extra edge to anyone who chooses to work with her, as your property is shown in the best light possible to get the most money in your pocket in the shortest amount of time. Her attention to detail far exceeds the expectations of her clients, and she has fine-tuned her processes to allow for a seamless transaction whether you are a buyer or seller.
