Hannah put together a great timeline of what we had to do to get ready to move in from, meeting with the Lawyer, Getting Gas, Electric, Water, etc going and when that needed to be done by. And Hannah would follow up along the way with updates to the timeline which made the buying a very seamless process, well not seamless, as it's a lot of work to buy any house, but Hannah and Wendy were there to make sure we didn't miss a step! We just closed last week and are settling in now. What a great buying experience. This was our 4th home in which we were purchasing, having bought and sold two other homes before. We are now working with Wendy and Elizabeth to guide us through the selling process and I know that process will be just as excellent! Highly Recommended!"
